When studying abroad, sometimes I get tired of eating the western food served in the cafeteria, and crave asian food. Today I went to try out a thai restaurant in Cambridge with my best friend. If you like curry or Thai food, you definitely don’t want to miss out on trying Sugar & Spice. 

Hor Mok (Pic 1)  This must be a signature dish of the restaurant. The presentation looks great. This dish is a fish and shrimp curry served in a whole coconut. It’s slightly spicy and the curry is full of flavor. I’d recommend eating this with a bowl of white rice. The most indispensable flavor in Thai food is the taste of curry, and this dish is full of it. 

Chicken on fire (Pic 2) is also a good-looking dish with great presentation, and suitable for taking photos. The photos taken turn out very good. The server will wait for you to take a picture if you want, and afterwards, the server will take down the chicken from the skewer; then you can dig in. Eating a whole piece of chicken is still delicious and satisfying.

Tom Kar (pic 6) is a coconut chicken soup with a strong flavor, with chicken and mushrooms in it. The amount is very good. Friends who don’t like spicy Tom yum soup can order this ~

For drinks, I would recommend the Thai Milk Tea and Taro frozen drink. Milk tea is not very sweet, and doesn’t have any astringent taste or bad taste in your mouth you get when it’s made from powder. The taro smoothie also tastes very good. The taro taste is strong, the drink tastes mellow and refreshing.

在外留学,食堂西餐吃多了,还是想吃吃亚洲风味的餐厅。今天和闺蜜 去打卡了在cambridge的一家泰式餐厅。喜欢咖喱和泰国菜的朋友们不要错过啦 

Hor Mok ( 图1 )应该就是这家的招牌菜了,卖相很好看,是鱼肉和虾肉咖喱放在椰子里的。菜品微辣,咖喱味道很足,可以配上一碗白饭一起。泰国菜里最不能缺少的就是咖喱的味道

Chicken on fire (图2)也是卖相好看的菜品,拍出来照片非常好看。拍完照以后服务员就会把鸡肉拿下来,然后可以开吃,一整块肌肉吃起来还是很爽的。

Shrimp mermaid (图5)非常推荐,这个是一个大只虾外面包裹着类似于春卷皮一样脆脆的外皮,沾着酸甜酱汁一起吃很有泰式大虾的风味.

Tom Kar ( pic 6 ) 是椰子鸡汤,味道很浓郁,里头有肌肉和蘑菇,量非常足,奶味很浓厚非常好喝。不喜欢辣的东阴功汤的朋友们可以点这个喝~ 

饮品来说,推荐 Thai Milk Tea 和 Taro frozen, 奶茶不是很甜,但也不会有涩的味道。香芋冰沙味道也很好,香芋味道浓厚,没有香精的味道,很醇正
